BWASCO Water Tariff Structure (2024–2027). The tariffs below outline the approved charges for domestic, commercial, institutional, and special customer categories.

Special Tariffs & Charges

💧 Special Categories

  • Bulk Water Supply – KSh 80/m³
  • Water Kiosks – KSh 75/m³
  • Multi-Dwelling Units – KSh 133/m³

🚰 Sewerage Charges

  • Sewerage is charged at 75% of water consumption.
  • Domestic customers without a water connection pay KSh 300 per month.
  • Other customer categories are charged based on 75% of water usage.

💳 Other Charges

  • New Connection – KSh 2,500
  • Meter Reconnection – KSh 1,000
  • Main Line Reconnection – KSh 5,000
  • Meter Testing – KSh 500
  • Leak Detection – KSh 1,000
